Well the college football regular season is one game away from being over. That means the college football Bowl season is just about to begin. This year there are a whopping 35 Bowl games to bet on. Everyone wants to see what will happen with Auburn quarterback Cam Newton and his recruiting scandal. However, the NCAA cleared him for the SEC title game and he can play going forward as long as no new information comes up. Auburn being three-point ‘chalk’ means the oddsmakers are confident he’ll play.
TCU is the only other undefeated team besides Auburn and Oregon. Proponents of the BCS are thrilled that two major conference teams are perfect. Otherwise, there would have been an argument that a one-loss Stanford or Wisconsin team deserved to play for the national title instead of the MWC Horned Frogs.
